How can I get old products?

Postby bethoman » Thu May 19, 2005 9:35 pm

I'm using sonar in pc, but I got a new ibook theseday.
Though I'm trying to use a sequencer for Mac like Logic,
sometimes I really feel that I NEED CAKEWAKE!

Frankly, I really really need it :!:

so these are my questions :

1. New Metro is compatible with file formats of Cakewalk series? (cakewalk Pro audio 9, sonar, whatever~)

2. How (or where) can I get old products like Cakewalk Metro 5?
(I can't find the site selling old Metro  )
and addditionally, Is it compatible with Calkewake series?

A new ibook would not be able to run Metro 5 anyway.

Metro 5.0 does not run in OSX classic so I don't quite know why you would want it.

Metro 5 was around about the time of Pro Audio 7?
And then Cakewalk just hang on to it and stopped supporting it for 2-3 years. You couldn't even get them to answer questions.

Midi files would be compatible with anything and the .ins files for instruments are the same.

Audio files in .aiff I would think are standard too.
