multiple plug ins on an adio track

Is it possible to add more than one plug in on a given audio track. For instance, on a vocaltrack can I add an reverb and EQ

Absolutely.

You can add them by shift-clicking in the graphic editor (or tracks) window popups or by clicking in the lower triangle in the effects window.
