Help with the fundamentals ...

Postby Markuc » Thu May 20, 2010 10:34 am

I am sorry, new in Metro ...
Metro has very sympathetic look for me ... but is totally illogical for me.
I work as soundengineer and I use ProTools, Logic, Cubase, Sonar, Reaper, Podium and others, audiosoftware is my hobby, but in Metro I am helpless ...
For example - is possible in track window simply move (close, open, split, copy ... ) takes with mouse ?
Is possible simpy make fades and crossfades in track window ? Metro manual is very unnoticed, without images ... many basic features in Metro are time consuming for me ... exist some graphically based tutorial ?

Thank You and sorry my bad English ... :D

I don't understand your question. You can drag regions with the mouse.

If it is audio, make a selection and select fade or cross fade from the audio menu. If it is MIDI then you will need to use the continuous data dialog.

Our downloads page has a MIDI tutorial.
