Postby GSpro » Wed Jun 16, 2010 2:14 pm

Hi Jeremi.
The main site is redirecting somewhere else but, nothing is loading on the page. I don't know if you were aware of this issue.

Yes I am aware. It is a total screw up by my host provider. Unfortunately there supposed 24.7 services is not responding. Perhaps they mean 24 weeks a year and 7 hours a week.

Even so if it is not working within 24 hours I would be very surprised and pissed.

I know what you mean and been there myself. On the third strike, I went elsewhere.

Apparently, they don't care about us running a business. They only care about their packets but, if we are late paying, we are offline in a heartbeat without any warning. How nice is that?

I now pay an arm and a leg (no joke) but, I don't have to worry about a thing.

I wish you get it resolved ASAP

Adriano

Thanks,

It is resolved now. In this case it was not a case of not paying, or at least that is what I thought.

They switched over to a new registration system, that has bugs in it, and thus there was never any notifications sent that our hosting plan was about to expire. Then today, approximately 6 months after the account had supposedly expired, they shut it without notice or notification. Very unprofessional and we are not the only company that experienced this.

Glad it was taking care of. I get scared when sites I visit, vanish off the face of the internet :) :)
