Default MIDI Profile

It'd be cool if Metro had a "default" MIDI profile so we could have ready-made configuration for most MIDI controllers!

I have been thinking about making favorite controllers specific to the device. I am not exactly sure what you want here. Perhaps you could supply more details.

If you decided of default values for most of metro parameters, one could make a preset profile for whatever controller he has and give it away.

Reason, Logic, well, ALL MIDI apps have that. So for example in the ROM of my Evolution UC-33 I have a Preset called "Reason Mixer" that just works, without me having to do ANY configuration in Reason.

Perhaps I am just being dense. Can you give me an example of a Metro parameter? I am still not sure what you are talking about.

The Remote Control. Default Settings for it.

Do you mean like having Remote Control default to mapping controllers to all output faders? It would be fairly easy to create a preset, send it to me and upon acceptance I will make Metro autoload it on new (or perhaps if there is no other remote control events).
