speed moving in sections

I work with almost 700 songs in metro, and want I want to move part of them in "section " window it takes a very long time. would it be possible to increase the speed moving of the files to go for example from N° 500 to N° 250, and to move more than 1 song at the same time. for instant I have to move the songs one by one.......
when I delete a file the line stay blank ( erased ) but not deleted;. And now I 've got a lot of blanck lines in the section window and it's not possible for me to make desappear the line.
could you tell me how to do that ?
